We value your privacy. Innobaby LLC does not share any personal information with any third parties without prior consent. All contact information, including address, phone number
and
email addresses, are only used for completing your online transactions at Innobaby.com, keeping you updated on your order progress, and providing you news updates and
promotional offers from Innobaby.com.

Payments Accepted:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Sales Tax:

For all orders shipped to an Illinois address, sales tax of 7.0% will be added.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for unused merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at
questions@innobaby.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please include in your email 1) your name, 2) phone number, 3) order number, 4) item you wish to return,
and 5) the reason for returning.
If you purchased your item directly from us at an event booth, please indicate the receipt number on the email request. Your return item must include this original receipt to obtain
credit for your merchandise.  All shipping charges incurred during sale, return, and in exchange is paid by the customer. 
Once you have received a Return Authorization Number from us, please return your unused item in its original packaging, along with the sales receipt, if required, to:

We recommend that you insure your product. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipment. Once we receive the merchandise, we will be
happy to issue you credit for merchandise only. 
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, it must be returned or exchanged through the retailer by following their return / exchange policy. 
 
 Shipping
We currently ship via FedEx Ground service within U.S. continental states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  Our rates are calculated by the recipient’s zip code and it includes a
nominal handling charge.  We do not ship internationally, including Canada.  To find a retailer near you, visit our store listing here.
