We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for unused merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at questions@innobaby.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please include in your email 1) your name, 2) phone number, 3) order number, 4) item you wish to return,
and 5) the reason for returning.
If you purchased your item directly from us at an event booth, please indicate the receipt number on the email request. Your return item must include this original receipt to obtain
credit for your merchandise. All shipping charges incurred during sale, return, and in exchange is paid by the customer.
Once you have received a Return Authorization Number from us, please return your unused item in its original packaging, along with the sales receipt, if required, to:

We recommend that you insure your product. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipment. Once we receive the merchandise, we will be happy to issue you credit for merchandise only.
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, it must be returned or exchanged through the retailer by following their return / exchange policy.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders are processed within one business days. However, from with high volume, processing time may be extended to 1-3 business days. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, but tracking information is communicated with you upon shipment.
