Breakfast For Lunch

Who doesn’t love breakfast at odd times of the day? One thing is for sure: Your kiddo will love the surprise! Here are a few ways to pack Breakfast For Lunch this week, or combine them all together in one lunchbox for the ultimate smorgasbord:

  • Quick and easy quiches you can bake the night before in mini muffin trays—just beat some eggs, toss in some cheese and veggies, then bake!
  • Muffins
  • Bagel and cream cheese
  • Yogurt and granola with fruit
  • Turkey bacon

Mexican Fiesta

Mexican Fiesta

Most people love Mexican food, and what is not to love? All of the essential food groups are mixed together in a delicious way with awesome dipping sauces. Give your kiddo a quesadilla, build-your-own-taco box, or easy frozen taquitos with some salsa, guacamole, and sour cream on the side. Pair with some chips, a salad, and some fruit—maybe even sprinkle some Tajin on top if they don’t mind a little heat!

Sneaky Zucchini

Sneaky Zucchini

Zucchini bread is not only delicious and sweet, but it is also a very sneaky way to get your kids some veggies. Give your little one some chunks of zucchini bread, or make them in muffin form, and give them their regular favorite sides. It's not only delicious and filling, but you can rest easy knowing they are some veggies today.

Hot or Cold Tortellini

Hot or Cold Tortellini

The good news about tortellini is that it tastes good whether it is warmed up or cold! Toss some in your FlexBox and bake in the morning, or put in your fridge overnight, and give to your kiddo for a perfectly delicious lunch that you don’t have to stress about. Put the sauce on the side to let your kiddo dip each tortellini or toss themselves for an extra fun lunch experience.

Picnic Box

Think of it as a Kid’s Charcuterie Plate or DIY Lunchable! Slice up some deli meat, pepperoni, salami, cheese, and crackers or bread, toss in some condiment packets, and let your little one’s imagination run wild. Take it up a notch and cut them into fun shapes so they can mix and match! Pair it all with some fruit, yogurt, or a quick side salad for a fun and filling lunch.
