For all orders shipped to an Illinois address, sales tax of 7.0% will be added.

We will gladly accept returns for unused merchandise in its original packaging within thirty days of purchase. Please email us at customercare@innobaby.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please include in your email 1) your name, 2) phone number, 3) order number, 4) item you wish to return, and 5) the reason for returning. If you purchased your item directly from us at an event booth, please indicate the receipt number on the email request. Your return item must include this original receipt to obtain credit for your merchandise. Please allow up to two business days for a response.

Once you have received a Return Authorization Number from us, please return your unused item in its original packaging, along with the sales receipt, if required, to:

We recommend that you insure your product. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipment. Once we receive the merchandise, we will be happy to issue you credit for merchandise only.

At this time we do not ship internationally. We currently ship to all 50 states.

Most orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours and should arrive within 5 to 7 business days. We also offer 2-Day Express Delivery via DHL. Express Delivery Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST will be shipped out on the following day. Express Delivery is only available Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.
