Here's a 10-minutes easy meal from start to finish, using Innobaby Din Din Smart Silicone Chicken Steamer.

Have you been to a Korean restaurant and tried those soft, flavorful steamed eggs that come in a stone bowl? You can make this in the microwave using Innobaby Chicken Steamer and serve it. In the separate compartment, I defrosted some frozen peas and corn. Then, I mixed them with butter and cooked rice. Served with apple slices on the side, and done!

Microwaved Steamed Egg using Innobaby Din Din Smart Silicone Chicken Steamer
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- (optional) 1 tsp mirin (rice wine)
- 1 tbsp water
- In a bowl, beat an egg.
- Add mayo, fish sauce, sesame oil, mirin, and water. Whisk to combine. It's ok if mayo doesn't completely dissolve.
- Pour the egg mixture into Innobaby Din Din Smart Silicone Chicken Steamer.
- Cover with lid and place the steamer on a plate just in case there might be spillage. Set microwave power level to 50% and microwave for about 2 minutes 30 seconds or until eggs are cooked. Time will vary depending on the microwave.
