Innobaby’s Sippin Smart™ ez flow straw sippy allows ez drinking in any position with its ez flow design. Replace you smart straws and weighted ball with the replacement accessory kit.

 Each Package Contains:

  • 2 replacement smart straws with bubble tips
  • 1 replacement weighted ball
  • 1 cleaning bristle

 

 Care & Use: 

  • Release pressure by pulling on air release valve for ez flow. For leak free feeding, press down air release valve before giving to child
  • Do not store juice or milk in the cup for extended periods of time as it may cause spoilage
  • Not recommended for use in microwave
  • After each use, empty the cup and wash all parts to prevent spoilage, odor and discoloration. 
  •  Clean all parts thoroughly before use. Top-rack dishwasher safe
  • For hand washing, avoid rough cleaning pads or hard cleaning brush to prevent scratches
  • Do not disassemble straw parts, including weighted ball, when cleaning. If disassembled, be sure to install all parts properly before use.

Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the products we make and feature on our site. We are confident that you will fall in love with our offerings, more so in person, like millions of other parents did from around the world that we served for more than a decade.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here for you. 
 
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for unused/unwashed merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, excluding exceptions* listed below, within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at questions@innobaby.com to obtain a RAN(return authorization number). Include in your email: 1) your name, 2) phone number, 3) order number, 4) item you wish to return, and 5) the reason for returning.  Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will provide you a full refund, less return/shipping fees, if applicable.
 
We recommend that you insure your product. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipment. Once we receive the merchandise, we will be happy to issue you credit for merchandise only. 
 
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, it must be returned or exchanged through the retailer by following their return / exchange policy. 
 
If you purchased your item directly from us at an event booth, please indicate the receipt number on the email request. Your return item must include this original receipt to obtain credit for your merchandise.  All shipping charges incurred during sale, return, and in exchange is paid by the customer. 
 
Once you have received a Return Authorization Number from us, please return your unused item in its original packaging, along with the sales receipt, if required, to:
